other processes to produce fume and dust purification and the
recovery of rare metals, precious materials, etc., can purify a
large number of suspended in the air harmful to the human body
of fine metal particles. It has the features of high purification
efficiency,low noise, flexible use and small footprint. It is
suitable for the operation place which generates fume such as
hand welding, electric arc welding, carbon dioxide protection
welding, MAG welding, carbon arc gas planing welding, gas
fusion cutting, and special welding. The main parts of the
equipment include: universal dust-absorbing arm, hightemperature resistant dust-absorbing hose, dust-absorbing hood
(with airflow regulating valve), fire-retardant net, flameretardant high-efficiency cartridge, casters with brakes, blower,
electric motor,pulse solenoid valve and so on.
Silo top dust collector is a kind of dust
collector used on the top of the silo. It is widely used for filtering
fine, non-fibrous dry dust in the gas or recovering dry powder in
the process. Through the plastic burner plate, filter cartridge or
bag to separate the floating dust particles in the silo, and clean air
is discharged into the atmosphere, so as to protect the
environment. The silo top dust collector is mainly used in
mining, metallurgy, building materials, machinery, chemical
industry, food processing and other industrial and mining
enterprises silo use.
Used for the
purification of fumes and dust generated in multi-station
welding, cutting, grinding and other processes.
Adopting the
fume collection method of top suction hood + arc
shield curtain, it can form a closed or semi-closed
space above the welding robot to prevent fume
from escaping, with a very high fume capture rate.
The length of the curtain can be adjusted according
to the actual working conditions or made into an
electrically operated retractable rotating hood to
meet the needs of different working conditions.

concentration ≤10 mg/Nm³.
Filter Media: PPS (≤190℃), PTFE (≤260℃), glass fiber
membrane (≤280℃).
