Mining fluid polymerisation protective agent is a room
temperature curing three-component modified epoxy
polymerisation nano-material composed of hard spherical
particles of ceramics, wear-resistant corundum particles and
super-hard wear-resistant powder. It is suitable for the precoating wear protection and repair of various types of pumps
(worm casing, guard plate, inlet and outlet) and pipelines for
mining.
1.surface cleaning: sandblasting or sanding, the location to be
repaired to deal with clean, until the metal to reveal the original
colour. Recommended use of efficient cleaning agent cleaning.
2.Matching glue: according to the weight ratio or volume ratio of
the product to match the glue, glue mixing requirements of
uniform colour.
3.glue: It is recommended to apply glue in 2-3 times, the first
layer should be thin, and should be pressed hard. The 2nd-3rd
layer to ensure a certain thickness, recommended 5-20mm.
Winter gluing can heat the glue and
the body.
4.curing: the curing of the adhesive is greatly affected by the temperature. Initial curing time ≤ 60min, full solid ≤ 12 hours (measured at room temperature 25 ℃) can be light load on-line
operation after initial curing, full solid can be full load operation; spring, summer and autumn 12 hours full solid, winter temperatures below 8 ℃ when the need for 18 hours to reach
100% strength. Heating can increase the curing speed, and help to improve the strength of the adhesive. Please choose the heating method below 100 degrees, such as tungsten iodine
lamp, hot air blowing, through the method of spring, summer and
autumn within 30 minutes of the initial curing, about 3 hours of full solidification, winter 40-60 minutes of initial curing, about 6 hours to reach 100% strength.
